Dear Business Owner,

Welcome to ISSINE eTires, and congratulations on joining our growing automotive and mobility ecosystem.

Your onboarding includes complimentary support to help you complete your merchant profile, configure your storefront and prepare your service catalog.

1. Download ISSINE eTires Biz

If you have not yet downloaded the ISSINE eTires Biz application, you can get started here:

2. Access your merchant account

Sign in using your registered email address and password:

If necessary, you can create a new password using the Reset Password option.

3. Complete your merchant profile

From your dashboard, go to Settings, then Account, and complete the following:

• Business and merchant identification

• Business logo

• Web storefront banner

• Mobile application banner

• Contact and operating information

• Billing and payment information

4. Configure payments

Complete the required billing and banking information to activate payment processing. ISSINE eTires uses Stripe to securely support customer payments and eligible merchant payouts.

Please ensure that your Stripe verification, payment and payout statuses are active before accepting online transactions.

5. Prepare your service catalog

Identify the primary categories, products and services you want customers to discover and purchase.

For each catalog item, please provide:

• Service or product name

• Category

• Short description

• Detailed description

• Price or starting price

• Applicable conditions

• Relevant image

Our team can assist with structuring and publishing your catalog.
